A message dated August 28 was received stating the Governor signed                                                              
the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                        
to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 123                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to an amendment to the articles of incorporation                                                           
    of a corporation organized under the Alaska Native Claims
